Global Water Watch (GWW) in Brazil aims to improve the quality of life for children and their families through improvement of water quality and prevention of waterborne disease. Other areas the program is working in are water availability and utilization, protection and restoration of watersheds, promotion of environmental education and improvement of opportunities for economic growth and income through aquaculture and irrigated, high-value crops.
